1.Agenda and Minutes
The agenda, and the minutes from the September meeting, were approved.
2.AGM
Neil and Bob and Lise will organize the AGM. Richard will do the agenda and chair it. Bob will do the Year in Review.
3.Hall of Fame
Eva DeFoor will be given the award. Fred and Lise will make the gift.
4.Board Self-Evaluation
Andrew presented the results of the board self-evaluation, attached to these minutes.
5.Board representation at KCR events
This subject was discussed, and no conclusions were arrived at.
6.Personnel
Lise reported that discussions of the new employee are ongoing, and that the committee recommends that last year's unfinished manager evaluations be scrapped. The board agreed. Lise reported that the committee will be developing a new evaluation process, and evaluating the managers, after getting training/consulting from Dave Fairbairn and Jocelyn Carver, right away.
7.Adjourn
The meeting was adjourned and the next meeting date will be determined by the new board.
