November 28, 2007
Board Members: Teressa Hodsall (chair), Andrew Creighton, Fred Rosenberg, Alon Gelcer, Gord Andrews, Della McLeod, Ceilidh Sutherland, Heather Dahlgrin, Bob Olsen, Scott Gain, Judy Wapp.
Staff: Bill Metcalfe
This meeting was held for the sole purpose of deciding on the proposal from the Personnel Committee to replace the current Operations Manager position with two new positions: Operations Manager (responsible for tech and building) and Programming Manager (responsible for programming).
The proposal is attached to these minutes.
The board agreed to go ahead with the proposal as written. This will mean posting the job(s) in early January, for a February 15 start date.
After this decision the meeting was adjourned.
