Acceptance of all reports moved by Chris Born, seconded by Bob Olsen, carried.

6. Audit

Moved by Charles Jeanes, seconded by Hal Mitchell that for the fiscal year 2006-07, we do an internal audit and a review engagement, and not an external audit. Carried.

7. Hall of Fame

This year's Hall of Fame award was presented to David Everest.

Election of Board
