Review of Actions from Previous Meeting
Front Sign. New Development. Noted below.
Door Closer for basement exterior door. Still To Do - David
Front Roof Ledge Rebuild - Dustin will lead this. He suggests creating a slight slope on the ledge. David is not sure if this is possible.Projects
1. Fallen Tree on Building. It was brought down by wind a couple of weeks ago. David will remove for firewood in the next couple of weeks.
2. Front Sign. Perry (Katimavik) has experience making wooden signs. 1/2" scraps of plywood needed. 1 by 2 foot letters . 17 pieces needed. Need to prune tree.
Discusion of font and colour. We will find a readable font, and paint with David's Black Paint.
Other supplies needed: 4 pieces of 10 ft 1 x 4, Blue Paint to match steelPerry send mockup to building committee
3.Parging / Plastering. Richard will lead. David will measure what's needed.
4.Divet in Front. Will fill with cement / stucco.
Budget
These items are prioritised. Budget will be supplied to Finance Cttee before their May 27th meeting.
1. Bathroom Paper Supplies - Toilet Paper and Paper Towel - $275 (in-kind trade)
2. Miscellaneous - $300
Throughout the year, jobs and requests come up which are not budgeted. This amount allows the cttee to positively respond to these requests.
3. Exterior Paint - 4 gallons - $160
KCR was given a donation of nine gallons of exterior paint. This additional paint will allow us to completely paint the building exterior.
4. Exterior Paint Supplies. - $100
5. Building Signage Lighting. 2 light fixtures to illuminate the front building signage. - $100
6. Interior Paint - 2 gallons. One room will be painted per year. - $80
Total - $740 (cash) and $275 (trade)
