Feb 18 Mtg Minutes Approved.
Actions:
Richard will look into price of concrete covering blocks - Next Mtg
Terry will ask Ryan or Arne to advise on rear deck plans -
Terry will send Terms of Reference to Committee for review - Done
Terry install west basement window coverings - Done
Terry will send existing Terms of Reference - Done
Richard and Fred will tile bathrooms counters - Done

3.  Terms of Reference (ToR)
Committee discussed the distributed ToR. Terry will send current draft to cttee, and they will be finalised at the April Ctte Mtg.

4. Projects
Bathroom Tiling
Fred and Richard tiled both bathroom counters
Basement bathroom floor could to be tiled to replace the lino. Richard may have tiles.
Front Entryway
Looking to do this project sometime this spring.
Action - Richard will cost 2 x 2 ft concrete blocks to surface it.
2 x 3 ft grate would be $200 from West Kootenay Machine Shop.
Action - Richard will cost exterior slate.

Rear Wheelchair Access
David has a lead on a lift that was removed from a house in Rosemont.
Nelson Cares Grant. David will research cost of lift and get to Leah.

5. 2009/10 Budget Planning
