Merging Building and Tech Committees
It has been suggested by a new board member that there might be efficiencies in merging these two cttees. Discussion of proposal.
Action Terry - invite proponent to next Building Cttee Mtg to discuss costs and benefits
ISK Painting
Postponed for the short-term. Amber will reconnect if it again becomes feasible for them.
Sale of Beasley Tower gear
No word from ESIS or Shambala. Nelson Hams might also be interested.
Wire and frame sold for 30$
Future projects
- Install eaves trough above front entry. David has a fascia board, will paint at home, and install.
- Front sign & lights. Postpone till spring. Need to Prune tree in March, paint sign after that
- Boot Cubbies. David has plywood, and plans.
- Move bench to back porch to make room for Eva’s scooter
- Need to make a maintenance schedule – Terry.
- Include building and tech items. I.e. clean air filters at 308a Hall St every 3 months, change oil and stabilise gas in generator in fall.
Tech items that have a Building Cttee Component:
- Studio B Sound Treatment. Will need Paint Rails from which to hang curtains– David install rail.
Terry find out about curtains from Bessie
- Paint Studio A during Dec break. Fred will paint. Terry buy paint. May need to move the live room to Studio B.
- Door closer and lock for basement door. Look for cheap / secondhand.
