KCR Building Committee Meeting – Jan 14 2009.
In attendance: David Everest (Chair), Fred Rosenberg, Richard Metzner, Neil Sorochan, Donovan Carter, Dustin Cantwell, Terry Brennan (minutes).

Consider
installing an in-floor grate when we build out the front porch.
Interior
Paint
Need
to paint high traffic areas on an as needed basis.
Will
need to add interior paint to next year's budget request.
Exterior

KCR
has been given 9 gallons of exterior paint.
We
would need to rent a sprayer.
Richard
has a power washer we could use.
Work
would involve plenty of masking.This is spring / summer Job.
Need
to send Thank You card to Gary
Bathroom
Tiling
Richard
would like to tile both bathrooms. Cost of materials will be approx
$100.

Suggestion
that the west windows be covered with a blind or curtain.
Action - Terry will install west basement window coverings

committees have been charged with drawing up Terms by the Feb Cttee

Action - Terry will send existing terms for cttee
members input at the Feb Building Mtg.

Discussion
of creating a Building Reserve Fund.
Action - Dustin will
talk with Finance Cttee, and report back at next Cttee Mtg.
