Review of Actions from Previous Meeting.
Door Closer for basement exterior door. Still To Do - David
Front Roof Ledge Rebuild - Dustin will lead this.
Fallen Tree on Building. Done
Front Sign. Need to find someone to make letters 1/2" scraps of plywood needed. 1 by 2 foot letters . 17 pieces needed. Neil has delivered ply.
Prune tree in front. Done.
Parging / Plastering. David has measured what's needed. 22 cubic ft at 1 inch. Need 4 or 5 people to do the work.
Divet in Front. Fill with cement / stucco. Done.
Projects (prioritised)
Building Painting. Do in the summer
Yellow Building, Green Metal, Yellow Sign Letters.
May need Scaffolding.
Terry check with Heritage Commission
Front Ledge Roof. Dustin.
Front Sign. Need a volunteer to make and paint letters.
Plastering: 3 bags mix, sand ($25), mixer, trowels, hose, buckets, 4 to 6 people. Need to add mesh.

Budget
The following 2010/11 Budget items were approved by Board
$300 Building Supplies (in-kind bathroom paper trade)
$800 Building Maintenance
$400 Building Reserve Fund
Specifically, these are:
1. Bathroom Paper Supplies - Toilet Paper and Paper Towel - $300 (in-kind trade)
2. Miscellaneous - $360
Throughout the year, jobs and requests come up which are not budgeted. This amount allows the cttee to positively respond to these requests.
3. Exterior Paint - 4 gallons - $160
KCR was given a donation of nine gallons of exterior paint. This additional paint will allow us to completely paint the building exterior.
4. Exterior Paint Supplies. - $100
5. Building Signage Lighting. 2 light fixtures to illuminate the front building signage. - $100
6. Interior Paint - 2 gallons. One room will be painted per year. - $80
Total - $800 (cash) and $300 (trade)
