Agenda Items

Review of Actions from Previous Meeting
Studio A painting - Done by Fred
Maintenance Schedule - Terry has started and willl bring to next meeting
Front eavestroughs - Done by David
Studio B Sound Treatment - Paint Rails installed by David.  Fabric is being sewn by Bessie
Door Closer and Lock for basement exterior door - New lockset installed, looking at closer options.

Possible merging of Tech and Building Cttees
The proponent of this idea has taken it off the table.  Done

Projects
Upstairs Sink Smell - David will check to see that the vent is not plugged.
Grafitti on south wall - We will paint the south wall in the spring.  Terry will find someone to paint the deck door when it warms up a bit.
Stucco.  Need to cover the styrofoam, and finish around the windows.  We will do this in June.
Building Sign.  Complete before the Spring Mship Drive.  Do the outline with projector soon while the sun is settting early.
Roofing.  Need to roof the front ledge.  Dustin will lead this.  He suggests creating a slight slope on the ledge.   David is not sure if this is possible.
Sound isolation between Studios A and C.  Terry will fill hole in floor with insulation.

Need for additional committee members
David would like to find someone else to take on more of the chores around the building.
Terry will start by asking Dale if he is interested in building the boot cubby.   David has materials and plans.
