1. Review of previous meeting's minutes and actions
Actions:
Send Thank You card to Gary Robinson - Done
David will draw up Front Entry Way plans - Done
Terry install west basement window coverings - Purchased, need to be installed
Terry will send existing Terms of Reference - will send again
Dustin will talk with Finance Cttee re: Reserve Fund. Done. Cttees
should plan for large budget items by requesting partial amounts be set
aside over a period of some years.
2. Front Entry Ramp
David has drawn plans
Discussion of best place to install a 3' x 2' snow grate.
Action - Richard will look into price of concrete covering blocks
3. Back Porch.
We will scrap the idea of building of rear wheelchair ramp.. There just
isn't adequate space to accommodate the ramp. Possible option would be
to incorporate a lift at the rear for the building.
This decision opens up the possibility of reconstructing the rear deck
with fire proof materials, and building it put to the property line.
Action - Terry will ask Ryan or Arne to advise.
4. Terms of Reference
Action - Terry will send out to Committee for review
