Neil will research the City’s signage guidelines
Richard will find out the cost to the letters used in Cowan’s sign.
Terry will look into the sign at Araya Day Spa.
Fred will ask Brian Klien about signage costs
Richard will look into pebbles for the stucco around the windows.
Fred and David will talk to Arborists.

Landscaping
1. Maintenance
Toilet. The Wax Ring on the upstairs toilet needed to be replaced. Water was discovered leaking into the downstairs bathroom. David fixed it.
Blinds. They need to be fixed. Richard will contact Andrew Caron – The Blindman
2. Budget
Money from Air Conditioner has been reimbursed. There is ~ $ 500 in building budget,
3. Building Signage
Discussion of the need for better building signage to replace the banner.
Discussion of having a design competition
Neil will research the City’s signage guidelines
Richard will find out the cost to the letters used in Cowan’s sign.

4. Wheelchair Ramps
Costs. The rear ramp will cost $2000 and the front ramp will cost $1000.
Discussion of looking into grant money to fund this work. Judy Wapp is looking into possible grant sources.
5. Building Exterior - Hardi Board and Stucco
Waiting for warmer weather to install and finish Hardi Board
Richard will look into pebbles for the stucco around the windows.
6. Upstairs Reno
Post has been installed
Need to find furniture. Suggestion to look at IKEA.
7. Landscaping
Decision to remove Maples
Consider other landscaping around building
Fred and David will talk to Arborists.
