Smalltown Shakedown - Regret
Every decision we make is potentially one which we will regret. How do we know? How do we wholly avoid it?
Fact is, regret is 100% hindsight. The next fact is: apart from learning about our past decisions, behaviours and patterns, there is nothing we can do with what we see in hindsight. What is done is not retractable. Period. In this episode, we’ll try to come to terms with all the shit we’ve pulled. We’ll listen in on acceptance and letting go, remorse and contrition. Just accept it dear followers, this episode dwells on regret itself.
