The Witching Hour - The Witching Hour Practices Self-Love
Today we try, as hard as we can, to fall in love with ourselves. As usual, we're playing games, sharing poems, renaming ourselves, dancing to the perty tunes of the Bela Fleck, the No Shit Shirleys, and Bright Eyes... and generally, we're examining what it might look like to care more for ourselves, fall in love, over and over again, with our own transforming humanity.

Smalltown Shakedown - The They Episode
By asking ourselves who 'they' are, are we not also asking ourselves who 'we' are? By identifying the other, we further define ourselves.

The Witching Hour - The Witching Hour is Healing
We are all survivors of an abusive culture, living in a wounded moment, seeking wholeness from trauma. Healing is probably a life-long project, probably our evolution, probably our birthright. Though we can't claim to be experts, or even particularly healed, we're spending a little time on the radio this week to think and talk and ponder and experiment with healing strategies, coping mechanisms, and all the hard work to do to lick our wounds clean. Here's to our collective pursuit of health and well-being, to self-healing, community-healing, and earth-healing.
