Triggers can be be upsetting but rather than avoided and perpetuated, Transformed Acknowledged and Accepted and Transcended,
There are very power-full triggering energies, a Storm of Purification for Ascended modalities and potentially, with 're-member-ance', (Harmony in Diversity-nonviolence) Ascension itself, catalyzed by "Treating all as you would have yourself treated", Apply Fully and regularly/consistently, "The 4 A's"= "The Karma Busters"- Four-giveness, Acceptance, Acknowledge-meant and Apology, the Mantra "Forgive us all, for we don't all-ways know what is coming from our actions or lack of responses". Free any Energetic baggage/Anchors (Karma) by Acknowledging, forgiving (self and others) and letting 'it' go. The Buddha said "Take the lesson leave the book", and I add "Thank the teachers and the lessons and leave the book", the only true miss-take is not learning from our lessons, harmony / disharmony -you / we decide.
