Hi. I wonder what you know about Foothills Creamery Butter? I am into making Ghee but at the rate that I am using it it’s very expensive, so I’m wondering if Foothills butter is of reasonable “almost organic” quality. I know the Co-op sells it and I heard that they don’t do factory farming and that it’s pretty good quality. But if anyone knows anything about it I figure it’s you.
