Jai reads from Chapter 17 of the book: Compassionate Action which teaches us how to create spaciousness in relationship conflicts and difficulties. The Tibetan Buddhist principles of 'exchanging self for other', and the slogans; "Always abide by the three basic principles which are to: keep the vows you have taken, refraining from outrageous conduct and cultivating patience.

Pema uses refreshing examples from her own life, in every day language so we can understand and use these teachings and principles even if we are not practising Buddhists.
